Villa Ari

A villa away from the city noise. Despite the large size of the house, it was necessary to rethink and redistribute the spaces to adapt the home to the family’s new needs.
The project space involved converting the existing covered patio into an extension of the living room, to enjoy a larger gathering area oriented towards the private garden.

To achieve this, we chose to use porcelain flooring in harmony with the travertine marble already present on the façade. Additionally, we created large windows and transformed the small pillars into windows to provide continuity to the project and create a new patio, crowned by a pergola made of oxicopper where one can enjoy the Mediterranean sunset.

Inside, linen textiles and oak wood panelling for the television unit provide warmth and balance to the new gathering space. A prominent black Bristol sofa by Poliform embraces the new area, accompanied by furniture from Viccarbe and Teulat in stained oak.

Similarly, a new lighting, insulation, and climate control project was carried out to suit the new space, with the aim of improving the conditions and value of the home.
