Calma

Overlooking the trees of Gran Vía with Valencia's light streaming through the large windows, the Calma apartment is a friendly and welcoming project with generous spaces and a simple yet complete layout. It is a home of harmony.
The sense of peace it conveys through the materials and colours, where soft beige predominates, with sweet notes from the white Macael marble and soft pink onyx. We used natural stones to create suspended lights and illuminated panels integrated into the furniture.
A tall oak wood cabinet greets you at the entrance, shielding the view towards the kitchen with a sliding panel. It expands in the living room, raising the ceiling and opening views to the trees on one side and the kitchen on the other.

In the centre of the living room, separating the dining area, there is a special piece of furniture. An articulated module that integrates the fireplace and connects to the concrete pillar through a transitional piece made of light and onyx.

The apartment is divided into a public and a private space by a large pivoting door.
The night area is arranged with a central hallway marked by the lovingly illuminated concrete pillars, the oak wood floor, and beige lacquered paneling. There is abundant natural light at the far end, where the harmony of the project can be truly felt.
