Mediterranean calmness and freshness define the design of this home through an efficient layout and the timelessness of its materials.

Two balanced cores structure this urban home in perfect harmony with its exterior, where the pure and structured lines recall the intelligent simplicity of Mid Century houses. This connecting area serves as a transition between the public zone, integrating the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and the private zone where the suite with bedroom and study is located, along with one of the house’s jewels, the main bathroom.

A clever exercise in curvature applied to carpentry, ceilings, and partitions, turning the inevitable low ceilings of the building and the depth of its floor plan—two attributes characteristic of Mid Century architecture—into a way to enhance the sense of serenity and the flow of natural light from its large windows.
